Kinh Bac has long been recognized as one of the cradles of Vietnamese civilization. As an early center of Buddhism and the homeland of the Ly Dynasty, it has played a significant role in shaping the nation’s cultural and historical identity. These values remain deeply embedded in the collective memory and cultural landscape of the region.

The project draws upon this historical and spiritual foundation to develop a contemporary architectural expression. Its formal composition reflects ideas of continuity, integration, and collective identity, while establishing a dialogue between cultural heritage and the aspirations of the present.
